Free Features
PixelSwift offers core image processing features (compression, conversion, resizing) completely free of charge with no account required. Since no payment is involved, no refund applies to free features.
Pro Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your PixelSwift Pro subscription, you may request a full refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase date
- Each account is eligible for one refund only
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via email with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
